ITU, BRAZIL—On September 7-10, 2017 brethren from all over Brazil gathered at the South Brazilian Union Headquarters in Itu, São Paulo, Brazil for a Spiritual Conference commemorating the 500 Years of Protestant Reformation.

The speakers for the event were:

Brother Rômulo Borges (GC Regional Secretary for South America),
Brother Marcos Pedrazas (GC Music Committee Director),
Brother Marcelo de Araújo (General Manager of Edições Vida Plena [SDARM Publishing House]),

For four days the speakers delivered messages on the history and significance of the Protestant Reformation. In total, around 350 individuals attended the event, and over 1,000 individuals were also "present" via online transmissions of the Friday evening and Sabbath meetings. The event was held at the same property where the SDARM Media Studio is located. Through the studio equipment and staff, the event was live-streamed and available to everyone. At the end of the event, 3,000 individuals had accessed the meetings through online streaming.

May the Lord bless each participant from those who were present physically to those who were present online, to speakers, support staff, and organizers. May the study of the history of the Reformation be a source of strength and encouragement to the people of the Reform Movement.
